Ordering & Payment Methods

To purchase a rug, please contact us via phone or e-mail.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and other credit/debit cards.
We also accept payments via personal or corporate check, cash or money order.


We offer free shipping to any location in the contiguous United States. All shipping is handled by FedEx Ground.
To qualify for free shipping, we must ship to a physical street address; P.O. boxes are not deliverable by FedEx.
You may request other methods and levels of shipping at your expense.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the rug is not soiled or damaged. After we receive the rug, you will be fully refunded.

Damage Claims

If you suspect your shipment has been damaged during transit, please open and inspect the item in the presence of the courier before signing. Either refuse the shipment or immediately document any problems.

Please contact the carrier directly if the courier is not available.
